Why our clients trust Lally Real Estate

We have been involved in several property transactions over the years, but can honestly say that we have never dealt with better agents than Steve & Joel Lally. Dealing with Steve and his support staff at Ian Hutchison Real Estate (now Lally Real Estate) was a thorough pleasure. As we looked to buy in South Perth for the first time, their knowledge of the area was exceptional, while Steve & Joel showed refreshing honesty and were both excellent communicators. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Buyer of townhouse in South Perth

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rhys for the sale of my house for the second time, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, Rhys demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Rhys’s deep understanding of the real estate market and strategic insights were invaluable. He provided sound advice on pricing, marketing, and negotiation, which played a crucial role in securing the best possible outcome.

Seller of house in Gooseberry Hill

We were very pleased with the whole program. We looked at a number of agencies prior to selecting Ian and we found that he had the most knowledge of the South Perth market. We found Ian to be very easy to communicate with and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Seller of Apartment in South Perth

Luke is young but professional, diligent and a good negotiator. We did our research and narrowed down to two estate agents that were the suburb’s specialist. We appointed Luke & Steve as our selling agent. Luke was always diligent in his approach, thorough, kept us informed and helped negotiate on our behalf. A quick turnaround, great outcome for all parties involved and we’re looking at using him again for another sale later in the year. Thank you Luke and wishing you all the best.

Steve was fantastic in closing the purchase of our property in Kensington. Very easy to deal with and most importantly, honest and transparent. Looking forward to working with Steve in the future and highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell.
